COSO Three
Coso3 is an open-source project for the development of a hardware/firmware/software platform for the remote interaction with vacation houses, boats, and spaces that are not easily accessible.
The platform is scalable and expandable, customizations are feasible and encouraged, and the solutions are cost-effective.

Coso3, like all STEM Applied projects, comes with an Open Source GPL 3.0 license.
Coso3 is based on Arduino MKR1000 wifi, the PCB SA0101 from STEM Applied to fit a standard enclosure, Firmware developed in C language on the Arduino IDE, a web application in html, php using mysql database, and in the future an Android and Web App to present remote data and to interact with the controller.
Coso3 measures Temperature, Humidity, Light level, and displays the values locally with a 16×2 LCD display and program status with 2 LEDs. It allows local programming with 4 push-buttons, and connects to the available wifi to send real-time information. Moreover, it reads remote commands to activate one 120V (or less) output to drive up to 15A resistive loads
COSO Three has been deprecated, in favor of the much more powerful COSO Five system.
